Weekday Rate: $170 per night + Tax + $100.00 cleaning fee 2 night min
Weekend Rate: $180 per night + Tax + $100.00 cleaning fee Fri-Sat, Sat-Sun
Weekly Rate: $150 per night + Tax + $100.00 cleaning fee 7 nights

Restrictions

  • Must be 25 with a valid drivers license to rent the cabin.
  • In the event of a Hurricane, Property Damage, etc. availability subject to change.
  • No smoking inside the house.

Tax

All Rental’s require 12.5% tax

Florida Sales Tax 7.5% , Leon County Tourist Development Tax 5.0%
